Fees:
£350 per individual will
£500 for mirror wills
£100 for letter of wishes
Preparation of one or both lasting powers of attorney — covering property and financial affairs (who can manage your finances and assets) and health and welfare (who can make decisions about your care and treatment).
This includes liaising with your chosen attorneys and registration of the documentation.
Fees:
£350 for one LPA
£450 for two LPAs
Practical, supportive advice following a death. You will receive an explanation of the probate process, executor responsibilities, and next steps, along with inheritance tax support.
Support can be limited to advice only, or extended to help you identify a suitable full probate service if needed.
Fees:
£250 per hour or fixed fee by agreement if preferred.
